Our adventures of discovering the big city. Tuesday, January 25, 2011. Trying to figure this out. So this blogging thing is new for me, and trying to figure how to work it and set it up has been quite the challenge! People ask why philly? Well, when I tried to get into MUSC's nursing school in Charleston and never got the call while on the alternate list, my determination to get into nursing school sparked! I still didn't believe it! And where was Drexel? So that's how it all started! How funny God is!

Monday, April 13, 2009. Here are some pictures of Carter finding eggs hidden by the Easter bunny, and checking out his Easter basket. He was stoked to finally get Pinocchio. He loves it! Kendall just had fun trying to eat her stuffed bunny. We took Kendall to the doctor today for her 6 month checkup. She is 14 pounds 8 ounces and 26 1/2 inches. So she is super tall and skinny. Just like Carter. In other news, my work has done more lay offs. So I am really looking for a new job! Gio, Tasha, and Bella.

Saturday, March 21, 2009. Kendall is six months old today. Where is time going? I swear I was just in the hospital. She is now crawling, eating baby food, saying da da and hi. CRAZY! Happy half birthday baby girl! Friday, March 20, 2009. About 9 months ago Mike won a trip to Hawaii from his work. We went last week to Maui for 6 days and it was great! Our one sunny day to play at the beach and at the pool. Don't even worry Mike got FRIED. His shoulders are peeling so bad! It was still romantic though :).

Sunday, January 25, 2009. Pierced ears for my princess! I have been wanting to get Kendall's ears pierced for a couple of weeks now. Mike said that it was okay to do it, but that he did not want to be there when I did. So on Saturday I went to the mall with my mom and sister, and we did it! He is slowly getting over the trauma. We went a week and it was negative. All week long. Today it got up to like 12 it was nice. The kids are doing good in school and are having fun. So just a short update of the holidays.
