Tuesday, August 4, 2015. Monday, June 8, 2015. Found this spider on our fence in Double Oak Texas. Ive never seen this species before. I took some photographs of the little spider and then let it go. The pattern on it's back is pretty unique. I also came across a wolf spider, a yellow crabspider and some other unidentified spiders this weekend. The yellow crabspider was one of the highlights of my photography this weekend. These are some pictures I took of the Cricket Frogs. Saturday, May 30, 2015. My fa...

JaredDavidsonPhotography: February 2015

http://www.jareddavidsonphotography.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html

Tuesday, February 17, 2015. Earthsnake in an acorn. These are some photographs I took of an Earth Snake hiding in an acorn. I was digging around in the yard and notice this acorn was split and had a snake in it. I took a few photographs of the Earth Snake before it got scared and came out. Earth Snakes are tiny snakes that only get about 6 to 8 inches long. They are not aggressive and completely harmless. Earth Snakes are usually found in leaves and in the grass. They eat tiny insects. It was rainy this ...

JaredDavidsonPhotography: August 2014

http://www.jareddavidsonphotography.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html

Friday, August 29, 2014. A few years back while vacationing in Nova Scotia my family went to Peggy's Cove. Peggy's Cove is a small rural community located on the east shore of St. Margarets Bay in Nova Scotia's Halifax Regional Municipality. This spot offers great photographs. The bay scenes include old worn boats, houses and a fantastic landscape. The next sunset photograph was taken on Lake Fork in October. Some editing was done in Adobe Lightroom. The sunset was pretty impressive. These are some photo...

http://www.jareddavidsonphotography.blogspot.com/2015/05/texas-ratsnake-climbing-tree.html

Sunday, May 17, 2015. Texas Ratsnake climbing a tree. I caught this Texas Ratsnake around Fredericksburg Tx. It was a little over 5 feet long. Texas Ratsnakes are excellent climbers and will climb almost anything. This was decided to climb a tree after I released it. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Grapevine Lake May 2015 storms. Jared Davidson's Personal Odyssey

Jared Davidson's Personal Odyssey. Wednesday, June 3, 2009. Stuggle for My place. When I was 3 I ran away from home and got lost in the woods. I was found and raised by a pack of wolirdagonizardnicornuirelloyotenorris. It's basically A hybrid cross mix between a wolf, bird, dragon, lizard, unicorn, squirrell, coyote, and CHUCK NORRIS. So get owned. They call me Studly. And Jared. Be jealous, and don't judge. =D=P. The lingering thing in the world that I could very much do without, is probably confusion&#...

Jared Davison Photography

The Art of Looking Closely. Jared Davison’s photo art focuses on exposing and magnifying the secret beauties inherent in the disintegration of derelict environments. The hustle and bustle of metropolitan life causes the proliferation of abandoned locations. Through re-framing and re-contextualization, Jared shows us that our neglect is not out of sight and mind. The weathered, the eroding, the forlorn and desolate; these are the subjects of scrutiny in Jared’s work as an urban explorer.
