She asked if I was doing well health-wise, and said "Yeah mom, couldn't be better. I've been going to the gym and really trying to stay in good shape this year.". What she said next is something that I didn't really anticipate. Its a good thing that I wasn't eating anything at the moment, because I probably would have choked on it and died right there on the spot.
