Salt and Pepper to taste. Dice garlic and saute in olive oil with medium heat until light brown. Add Beef stock and bring to boil. Lower heat to simmer and add egg whites, stirring rapidly for small stands, slower for larger bits of egg. Combine egg yolk and vinegar, then add to soup. Copied from a friend of Cat's.
