You see, in May and June of 2011 I started feeling super sick all the time and found out that I had pretty severe acid reflux {gross, sorry}. I guess eating buttercream icing with a spoon everyday finally caught up to me. I went on medicine for it for about a month but in an effort to get off the meds, I started changing my diet. Sunday, May 22, 2011. My best friend's sister graduates from Law School at Elon University today. Friday John and I were invited to a cookout to celebrate with Jen and her family. I searched and searched for some simple, cute, and sweet cookies to take to the cookout, and I stumbled these graduation cap cupcakes. They were super easy to make! Step 1: Make your cupcakes.
