I have chosen an easy recipe to enjoy after working hard for the holiday. It tastes delicious without a lot of fuss! I like to pair it up with a veggie like broccoli or asparagus, and a salad or rice. 4 Chicken breasts cut lengthwise. 8 Smoked ham slices. 188; cup extra virgin olive oil. 2 Tbsp unsalted butter.
