After a fun Christmas morning at our house, we let the kids play with their new toys for the afternoon and then we got ready and headed over to Meme and Papa's house for presents from them and dinner that night! The kids were so excited when they walked in and saw a giant present covered in a blanket that they just couldn't wait to find out what was under it! A new play kitchen for them! Mickey and Donald plush toys.

The night before Whitney's birthday in January, My Mom, Grandma and I went to see the broadway play, West Side Story! I got them that for their Christmas present from us this past year and we had such a fun night! We had dinner together at La Madeline's and then headed downtown to the play! And each piece could feed an army!

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place and have gone every year since Camden was born, which is only 3 years, BUT still we love it! I actually kept up with this recent season of American Idol because I love contry music and the 2 finalists were country singers! It was a great season, but even more fun seeing them in concert on their tour through Houston! This was my first tour with these ladies (a lot of my mom's teacher friends whom I have become friends with over the years), and they are fun to concert with! This was Scotty and Lauren singing a duet!

Luke did really well this time.
