Sunday, August 9, 2015. While Jason Was Gone. While Jason was away, I was home with the boys. This was my first weekend completely alone with two kids. I have done a night here and there, but to go several days alone slightly stressed me. I tried to think of fun things to do to fill the time (like I did when it was just Charlie and I), but things are a lot more complicated with two in tow. We picked up some ice cream and finished the movie. Kim also stopped by for a minute. Very fun! But it felt great!

Thursday, August 6, 2015. It was time for the annual Boulder trip, and this time we actually wanted to make it to the Boulders - rather than get stuck at the bottom of the trail. We planned accordingly, and thanks to Parker's new truck, we wouldn't have a problem getting up the trail. We planned it around the same time we had been up there two years previously. Thursday, May 14, 2015. February - Part II. I had a Girls Night with my PG friends! It was such a nice break from the kiddos and we had a blast. We had dinner at Bajio in the Riverwoods and then did a little shopping at the University Mall. I had to leave a little early since Colson was giving Jason a hard time and not falling asleep, but it was such a fun night off. Stacee, Kara, me, Kylie. Since they were here, of course we had to visit the Curiosity Museum! That membership is worth its weight in gold!

Wednesday, February 27, 2013. OBX Thanksgiving. I'm so behind! For Thanksgiving Michael and I flew to the Outer Banks to spend the holiday with some Spencers. Monday, October 7, 2013. Happy birthday to me! I am officially a quarter of a century old. I was awoken on my birthday with a delicious breakfast in bed. Monday, October 26, 2009. I guess it's time for an update. I know, I know it's been a long time! I was looking on here, and saw that people have been commenting on my post from a year ago! This last year has had some ups and downs. Everything with my head is stable for now. I am going up to the Moran eye center every 3 months for check up's, but all is well. An amazingly easy, diy recipe for pedialyte (that I can make in the middle of the night with ingredients I already had): 1 qt warm water 3 Tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt.
