For the Church Halloween night we tried to all go as characters from the Beauty and the Beast Isabelle was Belle, Ethan was the Beast, Mommy the Tea pot, and Daddy was Clogsworth. WE had a great time and it was really fun trying to invent Daddy's and Ethan's costumes! Tuesday, September 6, 2011. Ethan's 1st hair cut! Monday, June 21, 2010. Addison's visit at Grandmas! Isabelle really loves her Addison, he came to stay at grandmas for a few days and got plently of kisses from Isabelle. Thank you to my precious daughters, Lizzie and Kat and Travis and Claudia to run for "HOPE CHESTS" It was great to see others from "OFF MY CHEST" Cedar Hills 9th ward, and to see all the other fun groups too! Onward and Upward and moving in a totally new direction. LIFE IS GOOD. Travis, Linda, Lizzie, Kathryn, and Claudia right before the walk! At the end of the Survivor Lap, with Lizzie and Kathryn. We did it! I'm so LUCKY to be alive!

Wednesday, April 27, 2011. True love and sacrifice.is doing what it takes. I don't know if I could do it. This girl had more IVs than I ever had in chemo, and I never once became sick to my stomach. I admire this girl for doing what it takes for her family. All the while, she was interpreting for the deaf, with that thing in her arm from day to day. How in the world did she do it? Wednesday, April 27, 2011. Lovely Maura Tierney. She's awesome! This is probably 8 months post chemo and the beautiful Maura Tierney. This is my hair at 6 months out from chemo. I know I can't ever even hope to come close to Maura, in terms of her beauty and bravery during breast cancer and chemo. The life of the Lairds. Thursday, August 21, 2008. Darby said DaDa on Saturday, and she waived on Monday! She is trying to crawl but can only muster up a few really big rocks and then she face plants into the floor. We went for her 6 month check up today and she is 15lb 13oz and 26in long. We got a referral to the eye surgeon, and we will hopefully have surgery to clear her tear ducts soon. Please keep her in your prayers. Darby rolled under the couch. Darby's not so sure about this. Ella's on a roll.

Monday, March 21, 2011. Maisey turned 2 this last weekend. We ended up having a "My Little Pony" party! She loves playing My Little Pony's; so when the local bakery said they could do a Pony Cake I ran with it. I decided to do Shirley Temples with cotton candy. Thanks Blake and Spark Restaurant Lounge for the idea! Pony Cake and Pony Castle, we play with that castle every night! Here she is again showing another group of friends how it's done.
