THE CEREMONY

The ceremony will be in the late afternoon to evening of March 30, 2013, at Holman Ranch in Carmel Valley, California. It will be followed by drinks in the courtyard, dinner (pig roast! WHERE IS THE CEREMONY? I made this image with my little point and shoot while on the grounds of Holman Ranch when I visited this past summer.

Last October, I told Kaley that I wanted to try a restaurant in Laguna Beach, which is 40ish miles north of Carlsbad. So one Friday night a couple weeks after I had returned from deployment, we went to this great restaurant in Laguna Beach. As far as she knew, we were just going for dinner and heading back to Carlsbad straight afterwards. It was a great weekend in Laguna Beach. I made this image at sunset from our balcony at the Pacific Edge Hotel in Laguna Beach, the night after we got engaged.

Friday, January 6, 2012. I wanted Christmas wreaths for our front doors this year but they are so expensive! So I decided to try and make them. I looked on Pinterest (of course) and got this idea. First I bought tons of ornaments and two cheap straw wreaths. Then, I started out by using my hot glue gun to attach the ornaments to the outside of the wreaths. Next, I hot glued the ornaments to the inside of the wreath. Lastly, I flipped the wreaths over and started filling in the empty space. 6 lbs 9 oz.
