Seeking God's Will In Lieu of Ours. That is how much only PART of my surgery was. Remember the previous post about how disc replacements are usually not covered by insurance? Today I received one of the many "explanation of benefits" today that said:. Amount billed: $55,485.86. Even at my follow-up appointment my surgeon asked if I'd heard anything from the insurance company. I said no. He said I was literally the first patient he'd had who had this procedure covered by insurance. Wow Amen and Hallelujah!

Seeking God's Will In Lieu of Ours. I am in awe of our many blessings. While recovering from surgery, there have been people we don't even know from church bring us meals! It has been such a blessing! To not have to think about "what's for dinner" and have a few extra moments to rest has been amazing. Mary has been so sweet as well. She is a risk-taker! Seeking God's Will In Lieu of Ours. Oh My Goodness. It's funny.when I was pregnant w/ Sam, I had the "first blog entry" saved as a draft until a "safe" date to announce. When you're already chasing around 2 toddlers, you don't have a "saved draft." You sometimes forget to take your prenatal vitamin and wonder if you even had any water for the day. :). Luckily, he doesn't have an ear infection or any mucus in his chest/lungs. We will keep pushing the Motrin and hopefully in 48 hours his fever will go down.
