http://cassarofamily.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 26, 2009. Ian's Going to be A Missionary. When Ian turned in his paperwork to be a missionary, he had high hopes of living in a foreign country and learning a new language. After two weeks of waiting, he got the letter announcing where he'll be going and when he'll leave. Ian and Leah met Jim on his UPS route. With grandparents and brothers listening on the phone, Ian read his 2-year assignment. Friday, June 12, 2009. May of 2009 was no different than past years, except for the hair cut at t...

Cassaro Creations: November and December 2010
http://cassarofamily.blogspot.com/2011/10/november-and-december-2010.html
Friday, October 7, 2011. November and December 2010. The holidays seemed to appear out of nowhere, especially without little kids around to keep reminding us of their excitement of family get togethers and visions of their future gifts. The Boys Choir's performance schedule is ridiculously busy this time of year. I LOVE every minute working with them and they shower me with hugs and interesting conversation every time I'm with them. Saturday, April 17, 2010. One year after our flood. It's almost been a year since our house suffered a flood while we were gone camping for a few days. Everything had to go, including the ceiling and floor. Windows, air conditioner, heater, ducting, plumbing, electrical, lighting, cabinets and appliances were also replaced. Here are a few pictures of the process. Our entire kitchen fit into this trailer. Jim gets ready to replace the kitchen plumbing. Cabinets in place - getting ready for counter tops.

Cassaro Creations: September 2011
http://cassarofamily.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Wednesday, September 21, 2011. Long Time No Post. My brother Randy recently gave me a nudge to get back on here and do some updating. My last post shared exciting news of Aaron getting engaged to Kelly Benson. There were other great things going on that months as well. My nephew Brandon Guthrie had his Missionary Farewell, leaving for the Mission Training Center and then on to Bolivia. By then he was using the Montana/Wyoming lingo, saying things like Pertnear, Use-ta-could, and I Reckon. Hahaha!

Cassaro Creations: August 2009
http://cassarofamily.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 29, 2009. Elder Ian Cassaro, Missionary. The day finally came for Jim and I to take Ian to Utah to start his 2-year mission. We spent a few days with Ian before his report date, visiting family (the Fosters and the Hanks) at their homes and going out with them to the Mayan Adventure for dinner. We took Jim to see the sites in Temple Square and took a tour of the Conference Center. He was impressed with it all! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Carlie and Kade Rapier.
