Sunday, September 27, 2009. 也許是因為這邊的台灣同學人都很好，其實生活很豐富，也適應得很快。不是上課、念書、做作業、project，就是買菜、一起做晚餐。待在房間的時間比過去大學時少很多，但我比較喜歡這樣，脫離宅化，至少不會空虛。這學期修了兩門 VLSI 的課，都是要做 project 的。一個是用軟體土法煉鋼畫 layout，一個相反地是要寫自動化設計的演算法。雖然作業一個接一個，都要花很多時間跟腦筋想，自己找相關資料，但至少我覺得是有趣的，有趣的話至少就會有動力去思考怎麼解決問題。每個禮拜都要花幾天待在這個 Lab 畫 layout. 電機系裡，大陸人跟印度人數量勢均力敵，總共佔了90%，剩下10%才是台灣人跟幾個金髮或黑皮膚的人。有趣的是，純理論的課 (念書考試的)，幾乎都是大陸人，看不到幾個印度人; project 導向的課 (主要是 VLSI 跟需要使用程式語言的課)，就被印度人淹沒了。在跟大陸人同組做作業以及討論的時候，深刻體會到兩個上海交大的同學，電子學學得有多紮實。培根卷，還不錯，份量很足，一餐吃不太完. 展開現實版 GTA IV 生活.
