Houston Firefighter and Speed Racer. Monday, July 28, 2008. This Grant Park venue for today’s race was second to none! The promoters did an outstanding job through and through. Everything ran as an event should-Superweek promoters could learn a lot from these people. Punctual start times, friendly volunteers, smooth check-in, 2x JUMBO-tron’s and more… Thank you sponsors and City of Chicago! Superweek is a must for all racers at some point through their racing career! I’ve met a lot of very nice peo...

Jason Danvir: Superweek Day #1

http://www.jasondanvir.blogspot.com/2008/07/superweek-day-1.html

Houston Firefighter and Speed Racer. Saturday, July 12, 2008. Today’s race was in Blue Island, IL a suburb on the South side of the city. The course was pretty straight-forward 40 miles and not very technical. The field was typical for Superweek (100 ) in size and aggressiveness. The finish was crazy fast and I came pretty close to ramming a narrowing barricade in the final 20 meters so I had to sit up and slide in-costing me way too many spots…. July 13, 2008 at 8:51 AM. Jason Danvir: Superweek Day #9 Welcome back legs! Welcome to Chicago Angela!!!

http://www.jasondanvir.blogspot.com/2008/07/superweek-day-9-welcome-back-legs.html

Houston Firefighter and Speed Racer. Sunday, July 20, 2008. Superweek Day #9 Welcome back legs! Welcome to Chicago Angela! It’s amazing how bad you can feel one day and be strong the next. I was really nervous going into today’s stage. I had no idea how my legs would feel and I didn’t want to deal with another disappointment like yesterday. Thankfully that wasn’t an issue. Not a bad first day…. Racers were making extremely dangerous and stupid moves on an already technically difficult course-it was reall...

Houston Firefighter and Speed Racer. Friday, July 18, 2008. Superweek Day # 7 Rest Day #1. Well, today’s my first rest day. There will be more! I’m exhausted… This tour combined with a long season has really taken its toll on me. I’m having a hard time finding snap in my legs so I’m having to take some rest days to salvage the remainder of the tour. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The People Who Make It Possible. Houston Firefighter and Speed Racer. Wednesday, July 16, 2008. Superweek Day #5 "Thank You Shelby". Well, fun I had… Although my results wouldn’t reflect said fun-I managed to find my legs and mix it up like I usually do. In the end I got dropped but A. I tried something new-and avoided the dangerous group sprint and B. I really ruined 5 guys’ day. Now that’s fun! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The People Who Make It Possible. Brian's Brain: September 2009

http://bcmcgrath.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html

The greatest story ever told. Wednesday, September 2, 2009. I always seem to neglect writing on this thing, but I promise I will try and do better.maybe one update a week, who knows. Anyway, some cool bike riding has occurred since my last post. A few of the Memorial Park crits. Ended up being pretty good for me, with the finale being the best. I have been working on my road skeelz. Had given up. I managed to get 3rd in the sprint, which was pretty satisfying for me. Enough said about that. In my day, bu...

The greatest story ever told. Friday, July 17, 2009. Well folks, I haven't really been keeping up with my blog now that I have a twitter account. I'm addicted! Not too much has been going on since graduation. I have been doing some of the Memorial Park crit's to test some race strategies and work on my fitness for the fall, working at the shop with big KD, training some with the Comardo-kid, and other various things. Brian's Brain: May 2009

http://bcmcgrath.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html

The greatest story ever told. Monday, May 18, 2009. School, bikes, SLEEP. Several things have happened since my last post. A few races and most importantly, graduated from the University of Houston! In the midst of finals week and semester projects, I also attempted the mountain bike race out in Coldspring, TX. The start was typical and I was feeling excellent, but was caught up in the game and blew my legs to smithereens. So, that was that. Mountain biking hurts. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). K to the J.

Brian's Brain: A Whole Lot of Stuff, I think

http://bcmcgrath.blogspot.com/2009/04/whole-lot-of-stuff-i-think.html

The greatest story ever told. Sunday, April 12, 2009. A Whole Lot of Stuff, I think. Let's see, what has happened since my fun trip to the hospital? I think a few things have so I will try and write about them. So, a few weeks ago I was talked into doing another marathon distance mountain bike race. It sounded good at the time. So, me and the Stick. Packed our things and headed out to Oden, Arkansas (population 200) for the Ouachita Challenge. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). A piece of our Universe.

Brian's Brain: Random Happenings

http://bcmcgrath.blogspot.com/2009/03/random-happenings.html

The greatest story ever told. Monday, March 16, 2009. The bad weather has finally passed and the sun is out. Good timing for Spring Break! I also have been granted time off so I can do the Fayetteville Stage Race. Now, I just have to build up a time trial bike and get some race wheels. I hope my fitness is good, but I am confident. Another awesome thing I have discovered is the latest and greatest in drink technology. DRANK! This beverage has some excellent qualities. 1 It tastes like grape soda.

Ramblings of Jason Dannelly. Writing, photos and other media from Jason Dannelly. Nebraska Needs to Legalize Gay Marriage. February 25, 2015. February 26, 2015. It’s my hope that in the coming days U.S. District Judge Joseph Bataillon will overturn Nebraska’s ban on gay marriage. There . .I said it. The main reason was because of my fear that my actual opinions on “real life situations” would alienate what few readers I actually had or anger people that I worked for.
