Travels to the Edge: Jury's Top 60 Award....
http://tripleagallery.blogspot.com/2010/04/salon-international-2010.html
Travels to the Edge. Paintings in oil by Linda Lucas Hardy - The original title of this blog was, "Little Gems From Triple "A" Gallery". I decided to change the name. Sunday, April 18, 2010. Jury's Top 60 Award. Out of the 392 paintings selected for Salon International 2010. There were interesting sights other than the flowers. I do wish I'd taken a picture because we saw "Mater" parked at a gas station in one of the little towns we went through. I'm not kidding! Took us to one of their favorite restaura...
Teresa N. Fischer: Anchored and Adrift
http://teresanfischer.blogspot.com/2015/02/anchored-and-adrift.html
Teresa N. Fischer. Wednesday, February 4, 2015. I have been thinking a lot about thoughts. And where our ideas come from. What do they mean? Are they anchored to any one experience? Do our thoughts drift along and we choose. At a unique place of our choice? 1975" x 11.75". The flow of imagination and choosing. That right idea to anchor too. As creative people,. We get so many ideas. How do we select that special one. And commit to it fully? Anchor our self to it. Our thoughts can quietly drift along.

Teresa N. Fischer: April 2014
http://teresanfischer.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Teresa N. Fischer. Wednesday, April 30, 2014. I have spent a lot of time with these wonderful phones. I must have had them lined up on top of my cabinet for over a year. Sometimes I need to spend that time with a toy before. I ultimately decided what I wanted them to say in an image. I love these toy phones colors,. Their well loved surfaces showing their age. The sounds of the bells when you turn their dials. To make your calls. Add a whole level of sensory excitement. As a means of communication. The c...

Performance Ritual: New Painting: 'House on Marconi'
http://performanceritual.blogspot.com/2010/12/new-painting-house-on-marconi.html
Occasionally illuminating thoughts from a moderately successful painter. Wednesday, December 22, 2010. New Painting: 'House on Marconi'. House on Marconi 2010, 5.5 X 8" acrylic on illustration board. It’s an odd sensation painting something that one walks by everyday. The subject of ‘House on Marconi’ sits only a few yards from our front door. This blog is an attempt to provide a psychological and social context for my work. View my complete profile. New Painting: House on Marconi.

Dirk Dzimirsky: Drawing Materials
http://dzimirsky.blogspot.com/2012/12/drawing-materials.html
Monday, December 17, 2012. I get many questions about the materials I use for graphite drawings so I put together this list. But be aware as long as you use good quality materials you should not be too concerned about the right materials. Just experiment a lot to find the materials which you like and which give you the results you want. For blending I use ordinary tissues and blending stumps. I have not tried brushes for blending but you might want to try them. January 9, 2013 at 7:56 PM. I think its alw...

http://dzimirsky.blogspot.com/2014/06/waterman-exhibitions-in-paris-and-tokyo.html
Friday, June 20, 2014. Waterman exhibitions in Paris and Tokyo. I just returned back from Tokyo, Japan where I did a promotion exhibition for Waterman Paris. In April I drew a large scale ball pen drawing for them to accompany the introduction of their new Blue Obsession Pen Collection. The work was shown in Paris and in Tokyo and I also did a bit of life drawing with the pens at the events. Here are some photos of the exhibitions in Paris and in Tokyo:.
