On the Journey...: February 2012
http://littlejimstrek.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 20, 2012. I wasn't planning on blogging tonight. I was planning on a quiet night of mind-numbing t.v. and some cool mint Oreos (my new favorite) after a long day at work. I was expecting routine, not a defibrillator shock. Changed the trajectory and focus of my thoughts. Better than my plans. More reliable than my word. Bigger than my love. And by that, I mean the respiratory/sinus garbage that keeps you from breathing, makes you feel like you're carrying a gallon of fluid in your head, and keeps you from tasting/smelling for days. This stuff also makes your head feel like a fully or over-inflated tire. I also went through a bale of kleenex. Which is where my amish beard theory comes in. Thanks, Amish friends. And former U...

We the Hornings.find ourselves in Anderson at this time of our lives - 8 years of marriage - working at a women's transitional shelter and a bank - parenting the two precious little girls - transitioning to whatever God brings our way next.
