My first chiffon cake. 摸索这做了个乳酪跟戚风相结合的蛋糕，味道满不错呦。乳酪的替代配方是从其他论坛学来的，跟加了乳酪芝士后的味道差不多呢，而且成本节省了N多呀。还有就是酸奶最好是自制的，我家没有买酸奶机，就是用点买来的酸奶做引子，然后加入纯奶，比例大概是1/4.比如说想做成200克酸奶，那么就要放25克酸奶，然后加75克纯奶搅拌均匀，在暖气旁放置一夜就OK了。对了，记得要将容器烫或者煮一下消毒呦。成品非常厚呀，嘿嘿. 1、酸奶加炼乳、咖啡粉、鸡蛋黄、少量植物油（黄油也可）搅拌均匀；这里要说明的是戚风蛋糕油大的感觉我是超级不喜欢，所以做的时候糖跟油都会少加。这里8寸蛋糕我是随意倒了一点点混合植物油，大概也就是10克左右吧。 就是说表面出现明显花纹，而且插根筷子都不倒，把盆倒过来也不会流动的程度就OK了。不要打太过了，出现棉絮状泡沫的时候就是过了，蛋糕口感会不好。 5然后把拌好的蛋黄糊全倒入蛋清盆里，跟剩下的蛋清一起搅拌。拌好后倒入模具。 My first chiffon cake.

Creative making of cakes. 清明时节雨纷纷！ 今天放假哦！睡了12小时后精神特好，忽然心血来潮，想试做曲奇，想挑战一下占有巨大市场份额的蓝罐曲奇。下面，先来个大特写，呵呵……. 样子还不错吧！味道可是一流哦，人人都夸比蓝罐曲奇还要来得香，俺心里可是乐极了。 先废话少说，来看看我怎么做出如此可口的曲奇吧，先看看我的菜单：. 原料:黄油240g,糖粉50g,细砂糖50g,鸡蛋70g,奶32g,盐1/2勺,奶粉30g,低粉290g. 说做就做，打黄油可是一件很费劲的事哦，俺BF当然不能闲着哦，也要来帮我一把，呵呵，难怪曲奇那么好吃，原来还有俺俩甜蜜的心哦……. 分次加入砂糖,糖粉,盐,搅打至溶化. 我挤了两盘,第一次挤还不太熟练,大家凑合着看吧，哈哈，下次卖相一定会好的！！！！come on.
