Weeks before i finally arrived in ngurah rai airport. All kind of balinese food image already spinning in my minds. Over and over and over again. Is one of them. But we also found this little sweet local delicacy. It is called roti san mai. And it is originally brought by muslim community in ayuthaya. This is how they made the skin.
