Monday, August 31, 2009. Top of Utah Half Marathon. Those last two miles were a butt kicker. Check out the guy behind me running that poor girl down. Almost five minutes faster than my last one. My big sis Daynia and her daughter Bailey. Their first half marathon. So proud! Bailey didn't train for this, what a trooper. Alvin grew up and went to college in New Jersey and then moved to Maryland where he started teaching high school math. Jay grew up in Virginia, went to college in New York and came back home when he started teaching middle school history. Preston is fantastic and has totally changed our lives!
