Our Three Little Pigs: That's My Nut
http://ourthreelittlepigs.blogspot.com/2009/05/thats-my-nut.html
Our Three Little Pigs. Wednesday, May 20, 2009. Charlotte's first rule: Don't mess with my snacks. Charlotte's second rule: Your snacks are my snacks. They are no longer your snacks. These rules rule her life.and apparently wildlife, too. Charlotte was in the front yard with the boys and a babysitter. Charlotte chased a squirrel under a bush. Why? Because the squirrel had a nut, and hadn't read rule number two. I cannot believe that she caught the squirrel. that is insane. what a great story! Bowl full o...

Our Three Little Pigs: September 2008
http://ourthreelittlepigs.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Our Three Little Pigs. Friday, September 5, 2008. Best Day of His Life (So Far). I came home from work yesterday and had to move both of our cars further up in the driveway so our tenant could get into her space. Mikey was scrapping with both Jackson and Charlotte, so I decided to get him out of the mix by asking him to help me move the cars. Wednesday, September 3, 2008. I Ask For Tissues and I Get a Funnel! Jackson has been a bit distracted lately. Case in point. I run to the bathroom, finish m...Jacks...

Our Three Little Pigs: November 2008
http://ourthreelittlepigs.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Our Three Little Pigs. Sunday, November 30, 2008. There May Be Raccoons. Jackson is doing the Pee Dance at my elbow during dinner tonight, and when he finally speaks it is to say, "I need someone to go to bathroom with me." Jackson is five and a solo pee-er for years and not particularly afraid of the dark and the bathroom lights are on anyway and I am not interested in humoring him, so I say, "I don't think so.". But I can't see.". The lights are on.". Sunny: "At least you'll get to see a raccoon.".

Our Three Little Pigs. Friday, February 27, 2009. Charlotte is 1 1/2 Today! Her Dr. was impressed by her vocabulary, so I decided to make a list to see how many words she uses regularly now. Her favorite word right now is EAT! CHARLOTTE'S VOCABULARY – 18 MONTHS. 5 Juice (often for anything drinkable). 7 Waters (always plural). 38 Dino and "di-sau". 40 Fish or Pishy. 50 Outside or 'side. 52 "De-doo" (thank you). Yes or sometimes no). 62 Two (she counts along when I count for time-outs). Fever Watch - Day 3.

Joy in the Journey: I Give Up! You win, Computer!
http://musicalmamma.blogspot.com/2012/12/i-give-up-you-win-computer.html
Joy in the Journey. December 11, 2012. You win, Computer! I thought I had things with the computer under control, but as soon as we got it fixed a new set of problems began with my picture program. Basically, any time I try to download new pictures or edit old ones or shift them around, it stalls on me. I'm at a loss. I probably need a new program or just a new lap top. Anyway. Just wondering. does anyone out there have a mac? What program do you use to download and edit photos? Life in LaLa Land.

Joy in the Journey: First Grade!
http://musicalmamma.blogspot.com/2012/10/first-grade.html
Joy in the Journey. October 29, 2012. Here is Kellen on his first day of school. He was excited to see that his buddy, Logan was in his class again this year. His teacher is Mrs. Dillon, and so far so good! Kellen is a smart boy and makes friends wherever he goes. Sometimes he's just a tad too. Friendly, and struggles with too much talking in class. Sounds like his mom and his dad. What do. I better not blink, because next thing I know he'll be on a mission to China! November 7, 2012 at 2:49 PM.

Goodnight Moon: April 2008
http://good-night-moon.blogspot.com/2008_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 29, 2008. First order of business: I have chopped off my hair in anticipation of summer. Huzzah! I've also been giving my work area a haircut of sorts. Lots of reorganizing, sorting, and throwing things away. I wish I had some before photos, because this place was a mess. Here's a funny little story from work. We have this mammoth oven I like to call The Beast. It's built into one wall and is basically five huge shelves that rotate around in a circle. This is one of the shelves:. The best,...

Our Three Little Pigs: Airplane to Heaven
http://ourthreelittlepigs.blogspot.com/2009/03/airplane-to-heaven.html
Our Three Little Pigs. Wednesday, March 25, 2009. We just had a wonderful evening with Jeff's family at a new place in Burbank called Kids Castle. It's like a medieval Chuck-e-Cheese with amazing gourmet brick oven pizza and salads. They have a wonderful habitrail-play area for kids that is brand-spankin'-new and clean, along with tons of games. On the drive home we passed 2 dead skunks and a dead opossum. Mikey said: "I know what happened! Then Jackson said: "Will someone come and eat the skunk? Bowl fu...

Joy in the Journey: Janers Says...
http://musicalmamma.blogspot.com/p/janers.html
Joy in the Journey. Dad, what ye gon be when yeh grow up? Are ye gon be a policeman? Jane is almost always an animal. I pretty much can't get this girl to do anything. Unless I accept this as a fact. I can beg and plead for Jane. To come and eat her oatmeal, but it'll never fly until I call out, "Come here little kitty! Come and eat your food." She'll then come romping over, but not without correcting me first, "No! I not a Kitty! Kellen and Jane both say the word "pants" like,. Mom, I mee a dam-baid!
