DES511 Minor Design Projects. Monday, October 25, 2010. Pro two: Water is Life Poster Competition. The first poster explored the use of typography and used a simple related image to display some relevant information. The 2nd poster design focused on one of the original ideas. The image tries to convey the thought that water is required to create growth and water is inside every living thing. The main image is framed by a water graphic which further illustrates this point. The final design for this idea involved bending pipe cleaners into specific letter shapes and attaching them together to create the word 'LOOK'. 2 final pieces were attached to the outside of the O's to enable the glasses to sit behind the ear and be displayed on the face.
