We had to come up with a twist on the classic Tom Collins using St. George Botanivore gin as the base. There were so many interesting and delicious cocktails and talented bartenders in attendance. A simple classic for Fall:. 25 oz Lairds 100 Proof Apple Brandy. 5 oz Home-made Grenadine*. 75 oz Lemon Juice or Lime Juice (I prefer lemon). Shake well with ice. Cimmaron Tequila Blanco. 25 oz Don Amado Anejo Mezcal. 5 oz Yellow Chartreuse. 5 oz Fresh Lime Juice. 5 oz Fresh Orange Juice. 25 oz chili-citrus syrup. 5 oz Egg White. Dry shake for 30 seconds.
