They clearly tell me of the pain. Through which you’ve had to go. Let go of all the pain. You need to release it all. For keeping your feelings inwards. Will not help you at all. Situations can be hard. You cannot do it all. Alone is too difficult. To try to face it all. In the ones you most love. Stay calm and happy.
