So, with summer officially gone and fall setting in, I’ve decided to share one of my favorite recipes for a damp and cool night like tonight. It’s my mom’s sauerbraten recipe, and I promise, it’s delish. 2 lb bottom round, cut in cubes. Brown floured beef cubes in the shortening, then add the onions and brown them in the meat drippings.
