I started with some straight rods. This would be the bottom pivot that would hold the foot plates and also attach to the two motors. The rods have holes already drilled in them. I put long bolts through them that the foot plates would be welded on to. I welded the rods with bolts onto the bottom of the motors. This would mean the motors act as part of the frame. Then welded some square channel steel in vertical lengths to reach the top pivot points. Damn I need over-current sensors. So after hanging out ...
