Living, laughing and loving. Monday, May 30, 2011. Our family grows again - Kendall Breann Weston. Kendall was a little slow to cry and pink up, and I know Randy and I both had some anxious moments as we were standing by watching, but once they got her "suctioned out" she let us know she was here. Then, they finally got her wrapped up and handed her to Randy. Talan meets his baby sister, Kendall. A big family welcoming baby Kendall. A big hug and kiss for the big brother. Living, laughing and loving. Tuesday, September 14, 2010. Last Friday night (9-10-2010) we went, with Jennifer, Randy and Talan, to see the Texas Rangers play the New York Yankees. Talan had been asking his mom and dad since the last game we went to, if he could go again to watch the fireworks. The Rangers put on an awesome fireworks show after certain Friday night games. Best part of the night? The Rangers beat the Yankees. Nelson Cruz has had three walk off home runs this year! Sunday, September 5, 2010.

Monday, April 26, 2010. Just a little bit of hope. In March we held a luncheon/silent auction and had over 120 attending. It was our first major fund raiser and we were excited at the turn out. It introduced local expats and Chinese to the efforts of the Hopeful Hearts Charity and has attracted more involvement from individuals and the business community. The Hopeful Hearts team getting ready for the concert. Our Hopeful Hearts leader, Emelyn, welcoming guests. Music groups and dancers. Fun for all ages.

Sunday, November 28, 2010. Just a little Oktoberfest-Munich style. Those Germans know how to throw a party! We spent most of our day in the Lowenbrau tent enjoying the beer and music. We met some young men from Venice that were Gondoliers. Joe was wearing his Texas Rangers Playoffs T-shirt and we met a young couple, Kelly and Jason, who were from Irving, Texas. Small world.
