Creating this stop-motion video took a development team from Aya over 150 hours of set building, 300 newspapers and 200 hours of shooting for 2500 stills. Shot in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and London it needed over 50 hours of meetings – and an estimated 400 cups of coffee. On May 26, 2010 · 1 Comment. Below is a shot taken at Hervey Bay, Australia using a method of photography called HDR. Photo’s taken using this method can look really cool. A lot more practice is needed but the results are already beginning to show. HDR images can often look to unrealistic as they overlay multiple different exposures combining them into one image emphasising tone and colour. I am however loving the results! Safari London is a short film created by myself and friend Rick Symonds. The object of the project was to complete a short film suitable for entering into the 2009 Bicycle Film Festival. Urban bike shorts program. The film is based in nocturnal London and captures the speed of which the city moves and the multiple surfaces a bicycle travels across. Created from multiple still images taken on a digital SLR camera and compressed together, the final short is a fluid time lapse journey through the capital.
