I love that the kids can go through the temple and feel the Spirit there. I hope it makes an impression on them. Jared and Becky Rhodes. Monday, December 29, 2008. Christmas Day was so much fun. Taylor was so excited. He came in our room at 5 AM saying he couldn't sleep. He had already scoped out the tree and had determined that Santa had eaten the cookies. We held him off until 6:30 when we allowed him to wake up the red heads. Abby wandered out half asleep. It didn't take them very long to get into the spirit of it. Taylor got a Didj and a toy puppy that responds to your voice and does tricks. And we made Sugar.

Jared and Becky Rhodes. Wednesday, August 27, 2008. Ok, so I am bawling again. Monday, the kids were up bright and early. Taylor looked so handsome and grown up. He got himself ready, feed the dog and had an hour to spare. Abby was a little nervous, but so cute. They both loved school and their teachers. Dallin was the one who struggled. He didn't want Abby to go. I am glad that preschool will start soon. I think that this will be a good year for all of us. Tuesday, August 12, 2008. Now for some trees.

Wednesday, December 17, 2008. If you know me at all, you know that my dogs are my babies! Neither of my girls allow me to call them my babies anymore, so somebody has to be! I take them every Wednesdsay to get groomed at Linda and Jerry Earl's. These two people are the best when it comes to dog care! So when I go to pick them up today, Jerry tells me that he thinks they need to stay living there! My dogs love to go there! Out race to get to the door! Jerry says it is a sight to see! Sunday, February 1, 2009. On Friday, we went to Draper to the Open House for the new Temple. It was so pretty! Mom, Dad, Cami, Jesse, Sharie, Raegan, Chris, Sharlee, Kenlyn and I all went. We had a great time. The temple is set so high up on the mountain, then it is surrounded my so many beautiful houses. As pretty as the temple is, It's not the same until it has been dedicated and the spirit is there. What better reminder to have the Spirit in our homes then living so close to one?
