Tuesday, January 13, 2015. I've been doing some small projects as I wait for our baby girl to be born! It's helpful to distract myself with something creative when I'm feeling so ready to greet this sweet little one. I also recently saw that a friend (and relative) of mine made a small hot pack for her preemie's belly; it has helped his tummy troubles to subside and allowed him to sleep! Baby Center also recommends. A warm pack like that for soothing colic in newborns, and I thought I should make one.

Wednesday, January 7, 2015. This is how I roll. Welcoming the new year, looking for deals, and thrifting. I have to bring my boy up right, you know? He got a little birthday money from his great grandpa, and so we went off to the thrift store. This time around, I figured I better start the size 3T stash of clothes for Joshie. Monday, November 12, 2012. The night before Halloween we got the pumpkins out and started carving. scooping out the seeds. Dumping the seeds in the bowl. Finished products courtesy of Dad's awesome carving skills! And a Mr Potato Head Pirate Pumpkin! A cop and convict! Parker even looks like a prisoner! The boys and their buddy: Stephen the lion :). And with their buddy Landon the elephant :). My Swat Officer :). On the hunt for some candy. Police officer and prisoner were adorable on Halloween.

Friday, June 29, 2012. Family at the wedding. In the beginning of June my cousin got married. Almost my entire extended family on my dad's side was there. Saturday, November 3, 2012. Quality time with my man :). I'm a bit behind on my postings, but here's a late recap on some great time spent with my wonderful husband. :). My birthday was a few weeks ago and I was blessed with so many well-wishes from family and friends. Matt and I went on a date-night for dinner and a grocery-store trip without kids! Thanks to Mom and Dad for babysitting. :). It was really fun. Alyssa and I went wedding dress shopping (sorry Brian no pics of this! It was a great trip!

Monday, April 30, 2012. The picture is blurry, but you can still see the guilty caught-in-the-act look Parker is giving Matt as he sneaks in the dog food! Murphy is patiently waiting for Parker to drop him some food! Parker continues to try to get into the dog food almost every 15 minutes, every single day. We've even tried ignoring him, and taking Murphy away - instead Parker just tried to eat the dog food! This will make for some memorable stories later, and a few extra calories now :). Monday, June 24, 2013. Everything is under control HAHA! Since I know I'm going to forget some of these things down the road, I need to record this stuff now! The other night, I was out at book club and I got a text message from Matt saying: "Stay as late as you want. I have everything under control." That made me a bit nervous just reading that, but THEN I saw the attached two pictures and I lost it! Cant wait to share these stories with them when they are 17 ;).
