Just another WordPress site. So, a couple of weeks ago I got motivated and signed up for three 5K’s coming up from the end of April to mid-June. All three are ones I have run (or walked) before. I did some first aid and the next day did some “second aid” with Neosporin and a giant Band-Aid. Keep off it and let it heal, right? Not real easy to keep off the “owies”.
