A chronicle of recovery. Skip to primary content. 6 Weeks After Wrist Surgery. April 15, 2013. Sun April 14, 2013: I ran 11 miles today. Running, in fact, has not been much of a problem with my right hand. I could feel the stiff tendons in the back of my hand as I’m pumping them back and forth with each step, but it isn’t painful.
