Kim Fettig's $log. Living, Working, Playing, Saving $ — Atlanta Style. March 24, 2010. We have all heard of trading in a an old car for a new one. Today we discovered Cash for Crappy Handbags. It’s not a government program and that is not actually the official name (it’s what we called it during the commercial break). Today at 4pm we found a great excuse to buy a new purse. Check it out!
