Wednesday, January 26, 2011. I have Grandma Sigman's recipie box. I have had family members ask for a certain recipie. Here it is. Grandma Sigman's famous Boiled Raisin Cake. 2 1/2 c. raisins. Boil for 10 min. Remove from stove and add. 2 t baking soda. Let cool to lukewarm and add. 1 c nuts if wanted. Bake at 300 for 45 min.
