Just another WordPress.com weblog. Laquo; Gardens and Temples in Tokyo. Mount Fuji for the Fourth/Fifth of July. After a long trip up, a reward of Champagne and amazing views, and a rainy hike back down, we finally returned to the bus 12 hours later, exhausted and hungry. It was an incredible experience and I would like to do it again, but next time I’ll hike up earlier in the day and sleep in one of the rest houses before waking up the next morning to catch the sunrise. The group spreads out.
