業者の広告や販売ページでは 初月に100万円を確実に稼げる と記載されていたのに、 実際に商品を購入してみると100万円どころか1円も稼げなかった。 いざ購入すると、コンテンツすら存在していなかった これで生活の改善ができる とワクワクして購入したのに、 蓋を開けてみるとコンテンツすらも用意されておらず、騙されたと感じた。 一切返金しない の回答 販売業者にメールで返金の旨を伝えたが、業者からは 一切返金しない と言われた。 広告ページなどでは 誰でも簡単にできる と書いてあったのに、 実際に購入してみると誰でも簡単にできるような内容ではなかった。 と聞いて購入したのに 販売ページに 全額返金保証 と書いてあったから購入したのに、 返金申請をすると後付で条件を追加され、返金してもらえなかった。 被害相談は消費者センターなどでも可能ですが、法律の アマチュア である消費者センターの相談員と、法律の プロ である法律家の間では、大きな力の差があるのは当然です。
