Monday, November 26, 2012. We were super excited to introduce Sloane to Santa. She has been pretty good at pointing at the various Santa's we have at home and confidently calling them "Santa". When we walked up, she pointed at Santa and exclaimed "Santa". The fun stopped there. Mommy is typically the go to person when in need, but I wasn't cutting it. Sloane made Daddy's day by reaching for him, pinching the heck out of his armpit, then screaming. Jen, John and Baby Dahl. Eve of 16 Months.

Monday, September 17, 2012. When my sister, Lara, and her girls went to Northern California to visit with my aunt and cousins, my other sister, Nicole, and I were extremely jealous! We adore our cousins and for them to have babies that we haven't met is simply sad. Well, Nicole went on maternity leave for three months and I was able to successfully convince her to follow in Lara's steps. We drove to LA to see a play, visit with my girlfriend Jen, and play in Hollywood. Don't be as overzealous next time =).
