http://mylifeasadavis.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
My Life as a Davis. Saturday, August 14, 2010. Today marks a Sunday School milestone for the Davises. Today is the last day that we will have a preschooler in the family. Promotion in our church is next Sunday. Craig will be leaving the kindergarten class and entering the children's department. This blows my mind! My Life as a Davis: A Really Cool Haircut
http://mylifeasadavis.blogspot.com/2010/03/really-cool-haircut.html
My Life as a Davis. Monday, March 29, 2010. A Really Cool Haircut. It seems that Mark's shaggy-headed phase may have come to an end- and his grandparents are thrilled. A stylist cut it, but Mark still thought it was too long. Aunt Kelly came to his rescue and trimmed it up for him a week or so ago. As a bare-chested Mark was shaking the hair out of his t-shirt, I overheard Craig say:. You have a really cool haircut . . . except around your armpits.". My Life as a Davis. My Life as a Davis: Bedtime Funny
http://mylifeasadavis.blogspot.com/2009/12/bedtime-funny.html
My Life as a Davis. Wednesday, December 9, 2009. After I put the boys to bed last night, Craig wandered into my room holding his bathrobe. He asked if I would allow him to sleep in it. Trying to remember to say "yes" as often as I can, I helped him put his robe on and tied it around his waist. As he walked away from me he noticed his reflection in the mirror. He stopped and admired himself in his bathrobe. The following conversation occurred:. Craig: Mom, I look like a girl. My Life as a Davis.

My Life as a Davis: February 2009
http://mylifeasadavis.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
My Life as a Davis. Friday, February 20, 2009. Craig is a homeschooled pre-kindergartner. Being an advocate for the importance of the preschool years, I take Craig's schooling just as seriously as the older boys'. I read the instructions aloud on the schoolwork shown above. Craig and I began to discuss what was happening in the picture. We talked about the dog holding the bone in his mouth and the pretty flowers nearby. I asked, "Why do you think that dog wants to bury that bone? My Life as a Davis.

My Life as a Davis: April 2009
http://mylifeasadavis.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
My Life as a Davis. Monday, April 6, 2009. Craig, Tim and I enjoyed playing a Noah's Ark board game tonight. In typical 4-year-old fashion, one game was not enough, so after Tim bowed out, Craig and I played it again and again. After one game, the following conversation occurred:. If I win, will you give me some money? Mom: "Honey, that's called gambling.". Mom (to clarify): "Craig, what kind of money are you talking about? Real money or play money? Hmm I'd call that gambling. :). My Life as a Davis.
