Saturday, May 1, 2010. Day 1 - Getting Started. Today I walked 2.5 miles while watching a Dead Like Me Season II episode. I walked at a pace of 4.0 MPH and had a HR of 165! They say that if you get the right shoe you will have ankle support and that the middle of your foot won't be sore. They say alot. Meh it'll be alright. Today I had the following:. Sunday, May 2, 2010. Day 2 - Little Improvement. Doing a bit better today. I saw a reduction of HR to 152 as a plateau. Ash and I went to Academy and got some new shoes. She looked really cute running around Academy wearing her Pink/Brown/Gray polka doted maternity dress and running shoes. If youre doing fairly intensive workouts, you should count on added muscle weight. Your curve will look more like an inverse exponential, and you might not hit 180 because your pecs will be massive.
