Thursday, April 26, 2012. She would spend the entire day doing them, especially if someone puzzles with her. Yesterday was a rainy dreary day and Grandma brought a bag of puzzles for Chloe because she knows how much she loves doing them. She has learned that first you dump them all out and turn them right side up. Now its really coming together. The last piece is always so exciting! Thursday, February 17, 2011. We were blessed with girls, all girls in fact. Four of them if you want to count. So I had literally no experience in raising boys. The only exception to that was my nephew Andy who was practically raised with my girls and his sister. . But Andy was raised with five girls and even though he was all boy, he wasn’t the rough playing kind. This crew of girls just didn’t stand for that. Now we have a grandson……. They love beach days at the pond. . They play ball together.

Monday, September 19, 2011. WHAT'S IN YOUR FRIDGE? Yes there are veggies in there somewhere! There is a whole pumpkin pie left. And real whipped cream! Eggs are a staple in this house. Jim's shelf is full of his vitamins/supplements. I never can decide which dressing to use on salad. This was cleaned out on Friday morning, with lots of room to spare. I need to go to the grocery store for more butter. Some things may be expired. I found some bacon that has a funny color. I have to go buy more butter.

Tuesday, February 25, 2014. You have to go back through the course to get to the exit. By the grace of God - we made it back. It was a very long experience. When we got off, Hannah said, let's do it again! Um, No. I have no pictures of us up on the course because no cameras or phones are allowed - because people tend to drop them and they break or crash into people below. Below the course was one of the arcades. We also spent a lot of time there, Tyler of course, loved the arcade. How did that happen?

Tuesday, July 10, 2012. Creamed Kohlrabi and Carrots. This vegetable dish has always been a favorite for us in the summertime when the kohlrabi and carrots are fresh from the garden. It’s a simple recipe with few ingredients, here’s the main ones: kohlrabi, carrots and onion. Peel the kohlrabi by chopping off the top and bottom and then peeling the sides. Then cut into pieces. Peel the carrots and cut into pieces. Mix this together, it will be thick. Once it has thickened, stir in some salt and pepper.

Sunday, February 28, 2010. Sooo many pictures to choose from. I didn't realize how many characters we got to meet and I wanted to meet more! The girls bought autograph books and every time we saw a character they got their autograph- too cute. Kiana and Dale- he was famous for blowing kisses at us every time we saw him. Aladdin- We were eating and Kaila kept seeing Aladdin and wanted him to come to our table so bad. When he finally did she froze! Tinkerbelle at her house- I think she was Kailas favorite.
