This year I'm taking steps to make changes. I am;. Amending my diet to include more water (NOT as tasty as Diet A&W Root Beer),. Focusing on foods that have been less processed (NOT as tasty as a BK Whopper),. To date, I may have dropped a pound already. Or not. Labels: 10 in 10 challenge. Milky Way candy bars.
