After reading several stories recently about individuals on dialysis and their different methods of seeking a kidney transplant, I have decided to join the growing crowd. So I am modifying my blog, which I started as a series of stories about my kids when they were little. Then, over the last three years, my blog has drifted to focus entirely on me. And my kidneys. So - this blog is slightly revamped now. We'll see how this goes.

Not very catchy - but I have noticed a rising count of "Dialysis of the Day" themes on different television shows. It's anything. CSI people announce that the alleged criminal that they have been stalking like mad men couldn't have done it because he was with his mother "at dialysis.". Even the Undercover Boss! You know - a little dialysis here, a little dialysis there, blood pressure crashing, blood pressure over the top, blood won't clot, blood runs amok, weight rises, weight falls better than any weight loss program I've ever seen. Just another WordPress.com site. With Dr Zusman in the new hospital’s lobby. I know it’s been a while, so here’s a quick update. Jeannie’s doing remarkably well, all things considered, almost 10 months post-injury. She has pretty much reached a plateau, where she is neither making big advances, or regressing the professionals say she will continue to improve, but at a slower pace. We are very thankful for how far she has come, and hope to see more gains in the New Year. With Steve at the Balloon Fiesta.
