Dearly beloved of my soul. This is not the end →. The light of the world. May 18, 2015. Last week I read Elizabeth Alexander’s The Light of the World. She wrote it after losing her beloved husband instantly, without any warning, to a heart condition they did not know he had. He was 5o years old, and so was she.
