So ich habs geschafft.zumindest den harten Anfang.ging leichter als ich gedacht habe.meine Tipps. 1 kein festes Datum festlegen an dem du aufhören willst.einfach irgendwann mal auprobieren! 2Kräuterretten Zigaretten rauchen als Ersatz.stinkt widerlich! 3 Kaugummi, Kaugummi, Kaugummi (keine Nikotinkaugummi! 4 Öfters mal am Tag tief Luft holen. Hier meine aufgelaufene Zeit ohne Kippe:. Hat am 12. Juni aufgehört zu Rauchen. 14 Tage, 13 Stunden Rauchfrei. 52,31 Euro gespart!

Betrachtet man Yin und Yang, wird man sehen, daß im Yang (schwarzer Teil des Symbols) ein kleiner weißer Punkt ist, der Yin. Genauso ist es umgekehrt, im Yin gibt es einen kleinen Teil Yang.
