Day In The Life. I'm so amazed at how fast Max's story is being spread! Everywhere I look on FB, this blog is being shared by so many. Thank you all! If anyone knows how I might go about making a new site and not having to rely on Weebly, I'd appreciate it. I'm sure there are plenty of more pictures, videos, etc I would like to add in the future and I dont think this site gives me all that much space. Hrm. so any help would be much appresh! Day In The Life. Eye Exams and Stuff. Today I took Max back into Austin for some eye exams. He had a visual field test this morning (of course, not before we had breakfast at the Kolache Factory - YUM! He didn't do so well on the test - but that was expected. Day In The Life. Less than 4 days after surgery, we are HOME! Max has surpassed any and every goal set by leaps and bounds. Our next steps include:. Follow up appointment with Dr. G (to include pathology reports). Waiting for these stitches to dissolve. Keeping an eye on his vision and head. Watching Max grow up to become a dad with kids of his own :). As for now. I'm content with sitting here and watching him play Legos for as long as he wants. Thanks for making me cry with step number 6!

Day In The Life. May 18th, 2012. So I realize it's been a while since I've updated his blog. :) Honestly, we've just been enjoying the fact that we're home. Today is the day he SHOULD have been released from the hospital. Instead, we're at home enjoying time together and doing small things like watching tv or building puzzles. the little stuff that is often taken for granted. He thought he was a celebrity!
