Blog Blog. Blog. Monday, September 28, 2009. Okay, so I never got around to updating. Sorry you are still not going to get any pictures of the house but I will give you a quick run down of what has been keeping me busy lately. Before closing on our house Leonard was driving the boys a little over an hour to school every morning on his way to work and I was picking them up in the afternoon. Making it about a 3 hour round trip car ride for all of us 6 days a week (that includes church on Sunday). Meanwhile...

Sunday, January 29, 2012. The Transition from 1 to 2 Kids. When I found out I was pregnant with Jackson, Chyler was 9 months old. I was scared to death knowing the gap between them would only be 17 months! When I had Chyler, I felt like my life flipped upside down. Those first few months were so hard as I dealt with regaining my strength, a pregnancy rash called PUPP. Not only would I have a newborn to take care of, but I'd also have a small toddler. We flew to Salt Lake City and spent a day down in Provo visiting BYU campus and saw Tamra's brother Kyle. Here are the boys playing football on the quad:. Tamra did great - she finished 13th out of 117 women for the swim leg, and somewhere around 27th out of 117 for the entire triathlon. Pretty impressive considering it was her first triathlon and the fact that the mountain bike cost her significant time on the bike leg, (though her performance was hardly surprising to me).
