Songs About Me: Things to Blog About (Homegoing)
http://brandyingle.blogspot.com/2013/09/things-to-blog-about-homegoing.html
Monday, September 2, 2013. Things to Blog About (Homegoing). Sorry it's been a while, huh? My life has finally calmed down (I think) for a little while, so I figured I'd be productive in the blogging world again. And I get in ruts where I can't come with anything to write about or don't think that something going on is that interesting, so I just get stuck. So it's not all that bad. So here's some of my family. I hate it that all of them are at our favorite beach for Labor Day without me, but I love ...

Songs About Me: Hello, from PNG!
http://brandyingle.blogspot.com/2012/01/hello-from-png.html
Wednesday, January 25, 2012. Hello, from PNG! Papua New Guinea is absolutely breathtaking! I arrived at the Madang airport Monday around 4:30pm. I was on the flight with a few other people who are also attending POC (Pacific Orientation Training). The airport is so small! They brought our luggage up to a table and set it on top for us to grab. Side note: I’m so thankful for luggage carts and gentlemen. Madang is on the north coast of PNG; the higher we climbed, the more beautiful the ocean scene became.

Thursday, May 16, 2013. My friend, Amanda, is getting married in July, and she loves tea parties. So a few of us gave her a surprise Bridal Tea! We also have an amazing costume room for productions. And in that costume room are tons of fancy hats. And what's more tea-partyish than fancy hats? So here it is, the tea party of my imagination, becoming a reality for Amanda. Songs About Me: How to Turn 30 in the Jungle
http://brandyingle.blogspot.com/2012/02/how-to-turn-30-in-jungle.html
Friday, February 24, 2012. How to Turn 30 in the Jungle. How many people can say that they celebrated their 30th birthday in a tropical paradise? I can :) And this is how it's done. On the 21st, I had a pre-birthday celebration by the sea. It was awesome. We've been going and going and going. We were all so exhausted and just needed a break. And we got it! Just after breakfast we loaded up in the Hino (a truck with wooden benches in its really long bed) and headed down the mountain. Me, Laura, and Cathy.

Songs About Me: About Me
http://brandyingle.blogspot.com/p/about-me.html
My name is Brandy Ingle and I am a Christ-follower, doing what I can to make His name known. In 2010 I became a missionary with Wycliffe Bible Translators. My first assignment with them is a four-year commitment in Papua New Guinea as an accountant at their headquarters there. I grew up in North Carolina, where most of my family is still located. I went to college at Liberty University, where I received my degree in accounting. (You should go there! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). How to Turn 30 in the Jungle.

Songs About Me: Wycliffe
http://brandyingle.blogspot.com/p/wycliffe.html
Vision: That God's Word is accessible to all people in a language that speaks to their heart. To see a Bible translation program in progress in every language still needing one by the year 2025. Wycliffe was founded in 1942 by William Cameron Townsend. A missionary to the Cakchiquel Indians of Guatemala, Townsend caught the vision for translation after Cakchiquel-speaking men expressed their concern and surprise that God did not speak their language. Songs About Me: A+A
http://brandyingle.blogspot.com/2013/03/aa.html
Thursday, March 14, 2013. I got to do my very first photo shoot! Amanda (my housemate) and Alan got engaged on February 24 here in Ukarumpa, PNG, and they're getting married on July 5 in North Carolina. And since there is a major lack of professional photographers here, they kindly let me try my hand at it. These are a few of my favorite shots from the day. You can read Amanda's store here. And Alan's story here. The ring. Which was mailed from Alabama to California and hand-carried across the Pacific.
