I was within 10 feet of José Manuel Barroso - President of the European Commission, José Sócrates - Prime Minister of Portugal, and most notably Kofi Annan - former Secretary-General of UN who gave a powerful speech on climate change. As always, I'm blown away by the beauty of Lisbon. It was 25 centigrade and sunny in late November.
