Jefferson Scholarship Fund. Making Dreams a Reality. To be considered for a Jefferson Scholarship award you must be a graduate of a Joint School District #251 High School and apply for a scholarship. To be considered for student funding for the IEN High School program you must be enrolled or enrolling in the Rigby High School IEN program and apply for the funding. Scholarship funding may be deferred for up to 3 years following the awarding of the Scholarship at the request of the scholarship recipient.
