Tecnologia in the Classroom: Chatspeak
http://annettemsy.blogspot.com/2010/08/chatspeak.html
Tecnologia in the Classroom. Sunday, August 1, 2010. Will we ever become too lazy to be creative, careful and thoughtful about our words and expressions? I think it’s a great hyperbole on my part, but I always wonder. I think in our core, we need. To express full thoughts and feelings in writing and speaking, and that need will never go away. But it is interesting how words and languages change with the advancement of technology and the resulting changes in how people think and communicate.

Ed Tech - Mat 533: Introduction
http://rebeccaknoke255.blogspot.com/2010/07/introduction.html
Ed Tech - Mat 533. Monday, July 12, 2010. My favorite animal is a penguin. I love these little guys. My favorite color combination is black and white, which makes me like penguins even more. They are fascinating creatures and I intrigued by the way they move in the water. I envy their grace and beauty within the water because I am a swimmer and I've always wished I could be at home in the water as they are. July 25, 2010 at 12:42 PM. I like the ways penguins walk. Anyways, hope you did well on the Praxis!

Steven Huynh: August 2010
http://blogstevenhuynh.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 6, 2010. I’m excited to incorporate technology into the curriculum. However, it’s important to remember that not all students have access to technology at home. Good teaching requires educators to know their students. Likewise, it’s important to know what technology (computers, Internet, cameras, cell phones, etc.) students have access to and are comfortable using. This can be accomplished through a simple questionnaire. Posted by Steven Huynh. Wednesday, August 4, 2010. It was interesting...

Steven Huynh: July 2010
http://blogstevenhuynh.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 28, 2010. I’m excited to integrate technology into the classroom. However, when it comes to using cell phones, I’m hesitant, primarily because of cost. “Currently a basic cell phone has the ability to be the students’ ‘Swiss Army knife’ of technology,” but in order to utilize its more useful features (Internet, etc.), students need more than a basic cell phone plan. How do we involve these students without drawing attention to the fact that they're part of the ‘have-nots’? Cyberbullying i...
