Thursday, April 23, 2009. I love this picture. So I thought I'd post it for everyone to see. Links to this post. Our Abby turned "1" on Saturday the 18th. It's hard to believe she's already 1. We had the party at our house. It was a beautiful day. After presents and cake, the kids played outside. Thank you to everyone who could attend and make her day a special one. Abby loves her new slide! Abby's own little cake. This is probably the only b-day Carter will be able to help with presents.

Thursday, April 14, 2011. Saying good bye to my dad. Over the course of these past 4 weeks I have been struggling to articulate what I feel. I have very strong feelings over what happened and feel as though I have a lot to get out but the words don’t seem to want to get out yet I guess….Sometimes I wish I could just get it all out at once and then be able to move on with life! I guess it’s the pain that I would like to get out of my heart and I'm hoping that maybe words would help. Did he find her?
